If you're passionate about making an impact and advancing your career in Occupational Health, this role offers the perfect opportunity to develop, thrive, and succeed., In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of staff at University Hospitals Birmingham and external clients. A core aspect of your responsibilities will be managing and administering immunisation and vaccination clinics, ensuring that clients receive necessary vaccinations while maintaining accurate records in compliance with health and safety standards.

Working alongside senior Occupational Health Advisors, you will have the opportunity to prioritise and manage your own workload, ensuring services are delivered efficiently. You will be expected to stay on top of the latest guidelines and best practices in occupational health, ensuring that all assessments and clinical interventions are delivered in line with current regulations.

On a regular basis, you will be expected to provide direct care to both internal and external clients in OH clinics, managing your time to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the MDT, to ensure holistic support for clientele. Strong record-keeping and an adherence to confidentiality are key components of the role, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant occupational health standards and policies.

Based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you may occasionally be required to cross-cover at Birmingham Heartlands, Good Hope, and Solihull hospitals as needed. To arrange an informal visit, please contact one of the Senior Advisors on .
