Full Job Description

We are looking for an Outpatient Front of House Supervisor to manage the outpatient reception team. The successful candidate will be expected to help ensure our reception team cover to multiple outpatient clinics to provide a courteous service to patients and clinicians, work closely with nursing and medical staff, manage the training and performance of the reception team and work effectively as part of the outpatient management team.

The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of managing a team and working with the public in an administrative position. You will be expected to give excellent customer care in a busy and high pressured working environment, working across multiple outpatient clinic locations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
