Full Job Description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our team of acute adult dietitians. This is a fixed term position for six months starting in our general surgical rotation. You will be working alongside two other rotational Band 5 dietitians and the wider acute team based at our Denmark Hill site. This is a busy and varied caseload, we are looking for a confident dietitian who is organised, self-motivated and ready to take on any challenge with the support of the team. Applicants should be qualified dietitians that have confirmed HCPC registration., This post will offer dietetic expertise to patients, carers and other health care professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate to different clinical areas within the acute caseload at King's College Hospital, providing high quality evidenced based practice.
Within the acute team we have specialist dietitians in Gastroenterology, Neurosciences, Haematology, Oncology, Liver and HPB. There will be opportunities to develop your practice by shadowing specialities within your rotation, clinical supervision and a preceptorship.
