Band 5 Senior Support Pharmacy Technician - Cancer Services

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Cancer Services team at Solihull Hospital's Chemotherapy Satellite Pharmacy. • Coordinate workflow in the Cancer Services Pharmacy Satellite, ensuring daily key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Supervise training, health and safety procedures, and stock management processes.
• Act as a role model, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective dispensing of medication.
  
  Enthusiastic and flexible, you will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • An accredited accuracy checking qualification.
• Significant experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.

• A flexible approach to accommodate service needs, including participation in evening, weekend, and bank holiday rotations.
