+ We offer excellent preceptorship support for NQPs with regular individual and group sessions & access to Specialists
+ We're delivering an integrated SLT service to support children with SLCN, working in partnership with families, the Local Authority and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver interventions at Universal, Targeted and Specialist levels using a Balanced System(R) framework.
+ We offer flexible working options; delivering care face to face and virtually, in education settings, clinics and family homes

+ The Balanced System (R), Successful candidates will have opportunity to:
+ Manage your own caseload of children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) including assessment, diagnosis and intervention; using an enabling model to support functional outcomes
+ Work alongside education, Local Authority & Early years partners, supporting a graduated approach to help children with SEND
