Full Job Description
You will be providing business support to the Divisional Directorate team and be the Professional lead for all administrators within the BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire Division. You will also have some Trustwide responsibilities., This role sits within the BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire Division to support the Divisional Directorate in the smooth operational management of the Division, including the provision of excellent administration functions throughout the Division.
As professional lead, the post holder will need to be experienced in managing administrative staff and ideally have experience of reviewing administrative structures whilst ensuring that the structures support the localities in their service delivery.
You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, able to work across multiple services, systems, commissioners and partners. You will need to be pro-active, creative and flexible in your approach to this role.
