Band 6 Clinical Educator - Uffculme Centre

The post holder will be a professional role model and work within BSMHFT Corporate Nursing Team to support the workforce within clinical practice, providing up to date evidence based practice and support the transition and development of our unregistered and qualified workforce.
The role will include working across BSMHFT in a variety of settings alongside colleagues in clinical areas, ensuring they have the necessary support and education in practice to ensure raising the standards of care delivery.
The post holder will and use their knowledge, skills and experience to plan organise and deliver quality training, on a range of subjects pertinent to the clinical needs. All successful applicants will be required to complete the Trust's induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e-learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9-14 hours depending on post) by the end of your first week with us.
