Full Job Description

Are you a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled nurse or physiotherapist with a passion for respiratory care?, Our team works across the respiratory pathway seeing patients within the inpatient service and also in clinics. We work closely with other providers to support patients., Assess, monitor, and manage patients with respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis and other chronic respiratory diseases.

Advise on admission and discharge pathways to support flow through the acute service.

Develop and implement personalised care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
