Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team of Community Children's Nurses in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a city wide service that offers specialist nursing support to children & families with a variety of complex physical health needs., You will be required to work in conjunction with the Children's Rapid Response Service whose aim is to prevent a hospital admission and the Children's Palliative Care Team insupporting parents, carers and children with life limiting conditions and in the terminal phase.

The post holder will be responsible for a defined caseload of children delivering high quality nursing care according to agreed standards which are set and monitored.

If you are an experienced Children's Nurse with excellent clinical skills, have advanced communication abilities you may be who we are looking for to join our busy team.
