Full Job Description

Birmingham Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual to provide operational support to the Unit Manager, working across site at Kingswood Drive. Kingswood Drive consists of two in-patient areas: 1. A 6 bedded unit, providing Short Breaks to adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex healthcare needs. 2. A 6 bedded residential unit providing end of life care to adults with Learning Disabilities and is located within the South of the city, in Kings Norton We want to hear from motivated, caring professionals who feel as strongly as we do about the Trust values: Caring, Open, Respectful, Responsible, & Inclusive,

  • The successful post-holder will take on managerial roles as identified and agreed by the Unit Manager, and in line with the job description, to include: ESR management, generation of off duty and maintaining safer staffing levels, contribution to audit & governance within the clinical area, sickness absence monitoring, budget management and maintaining Health and Safety through risk assessment., Please ensure you check your Trac account regularly as this is how we will communicate with you during the shortlisting and selection process
