Full Job Description
The post holder is accountable for delivering exceptional patient care within the ward environment. Key responsibilities include comprehensively assessing patient needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of safe and compassionate care.
The post holder will support the Ward Manager in the ongoing management of the ward, and the development of services . They will collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient care. Additionally, the post holder will provide expert nursing advice to the inpatient service during out-of-hours periods.
