Full Job Description

The Digital Services Support Analyst role is a specialist role and holds responsibility for the delivery of service and support for all Clinical Applications within the remit of Digital Services, working with internal trust teams and third-party suppliers. The primary responsibility of the position is for the support, management and configuration of all Oracle Cerner applications and interfaces with third party software.
The post-holder will have significant experience of working as part of the CRS Back Office/Support team, a subject-matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and configuring Oracle Cerner Applications or similar complex clinical systems and have a full understanding of processes and procedures covering inpatient and outpatient workflows., Duties will include meeting required Service Level Agreements, resolving reported issues and actioning requests for additions or changes to local configuration, which will include testing the changes, creating relevant documentation on new and existing procedures/systems, ensuring Digital Services security standards are met and to support the day-to-day requirements for supporting the Royal Free London Group.
