Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team of Educators and Associate Educators within the School of Nursing, AHP's and Midwifery at UHB. The post holder will be involved in providing education and pastoral support for Health Care Support workers and Registered professionals, both within the classroom and the clinical area. There are opportunities for professional development available, as part of this role including the chance to undertake a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. A knowledge of the Care Certificate and Preceptorship would be beneficial., The post holder will be expected to teach large groups of staff in a traditional class room setting, Provide pastoral support to staff where required. Devise innovative ways of teaching under the guidance of the Senior Educator and keep accurate records.
