An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

You will need to work closely with Consultants , Junior Doctors and other multidisciplinary teams on the ward, as part of the provision of care services to patients.

We are looking for someone with a strong leadership style who is able to support forward planning and has a strong discharge focus in practice., As Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be working closely with the Senior Sister and Matron, playing an integral role in driving changes with a range of comprehensive orientation and support.

We can offer you a range of management and leadership development opportunities to support you in this role.

Essential skills key to this role are implementing and maintaining high clinical standards whilst caring for patients, enhancing staff personal development, providing guidance, support and expertise to clinical staff.
