Band 6 - Junior Sister / Charge Nurse, Starfish

Due to promotions and developments within the existing team, we are looking to recruit a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse on Starfish Ward.

We are very proud of our teams and the great quality care we give to our children and families. We are equally proud of our record of developing our nursing teams from newly qualified nurses all the way to senior nurses.

We value our nurses and demonstrate that with a robust development plan regardless of grade. We provide high quality care for children with a variety of medical and surgical needs., Starfish Ward is a 20 bedded acute children's ward with a two bed high dependency unit.

There has never been a more exciting time to join West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust! Major redevelopment works are planned as part of the New Hospital Programme. These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.
