An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Mental Health Nurse position in our Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex. We are looking for 4 highly motivated, caring and forward thinking Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse who are committed, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic. You must have a keen interest in liaising and collaboratively working with system partners. You will be instrumental in service development and contribute to the accreditation of the service.

We have a team approach in the delivery of care and work proactively in order to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We understand the importance of staff development and will support professional growth., For this post you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will be expected to support the team and conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish and manage care plans for patients who present at Princess Alexandra Hospital. As a Senior Mental Health Hospital Liaison Nurse, you will be expected to support STR workers, Associate Practitioners, Community nurses, Advanced nurse practitioners and the Clinical Lead in implementing effective changes within the team to ensure the service meets the Trust's objectives.
