Full Job Description
- To manage a caseload of patients with varying diagnosis and / or complex needs, using evidence based practice with client centred principles, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions
- To provide Respiratory Physiotherapy, including on the on-call rota and at weekends
- To support the learning and development of students and staff
- To develop enhanced clinical skills and knowledge in an area of interest linked with patient cohorts (e.g. frailty, specific clinical condition, acute rehabilitation)
- To participate in 7-day working patterns as required

We are a large teaching hospital that consists of three Care of the Elderly wards where your main responsibilities will involve assessing, treating, progressing and discharge planning for a complex cohort of patients. This opportunity is for someone who is forward thinking and strives for excellence, whilst building key relationships with the wider Multidisciplinary team. There will be opportunities for service developments alongside developing your leadership skills.
