Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our QE Skin Lymphoma team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be assigned a clinical/educational/academic supervisor and will work within the Skin Lymphoma Team on PROCLIPI (PROSpective Cutaneous Lymphoma International Prognostic Index Study) and other clinical projects. They will receive full exposure to both multidisciplinary management of CTCL, clinical trials and will be allocated clinical and translational research projects., The research component of this post will comprise working as part of the Cutaneous Lymphoma Service under the direction of Professor Julia Scarisbrick. You will receive comprehensive training in the clinical assessment of patients with early and advanced stage cutaneous lymphoma including competently assessing response criteria in mycosis fungoides/Szary syndrome (MF/SS). You will participate in all aspects of clinical research including NIHR Portfolio Clinical Trials.

The post holder will be encouraged to develop their own research interest/project and to write grant applications to secure additional external funding for such a project or other research projects conducted in the Unit. Application for an MD or PhD would be encouraged.
