Full Job Description

The Sister/Charge Nurse will be based in Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, Hartshead North, Floor 1, Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (FSDEC).
The post holder is responsible for leading and managing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care for older people living with frailty.
