Full Job Description

To provide specialist clinical assessment and ongoing Dietetic management of adults with learning disabilities. This may include people with challenging complex health needs. To provide therapeutic care and health promotional /educational activities in a range of venues across the City including clinics, nursing homes, residential homes, clients' own homes, day service venues and respite/short. To act as a source of specialist clinical advice and guidance for clients' families, carers and the multi-disciplinary team. To raise nutritional awareness/Healthy Lifestyles and promote the benefits of Nutrition and Dietetic Services with respect to people with a learning disability within the organisation.,
