Full Job Description

The post is offered as an excellent opportunity for band 6 to 7 progression. Progression is subject to completion of necessary in-house criteria and a successful portfolio review. It also offers a great opportunity to develop your clinical and professional knowledge and skills. Salary will be based on previous experience, applicants who are currently suitable to practice at a band 7 level, will be considered for a band 7 position.

You will need to demonstrate a person-centred approach and have effective interpersonal and organisational skills. You must be a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be working with the wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors and therapists.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings., We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to work in our community intermediate care unit, in Hillingdon, which provides rehabilitation care for patients requiring short-term inpatient care.
