Band 6 to Band 7 Progression - Foundation Pharmacist

The post is offered as an excellent opportunity for band 6 to 7 progression. Progression is subject to completion of necessary in-house criteria and a successful portfolio review. It also offers a great opportunity to develop your clinical and professional knowledge and skills. Salary will be based on previous experience, applicants who are currently suitable to practice at a band 7 level, will be considered for a band 7 position.

You will need to demonstrate a person-centred approach and have effective interpersonal and organisational skills. You must be a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be working with the wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors and therapists., We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to work in our community intermediate care unit, in Hillingdon, which provides rehabilitation care for patients requiring short-term inpatient care.
