x1 Band 8A Senior Practitioner Psychologist (Band 7 Preceptorship considered,0.8 wte, permanent, flexible working available), Tasks include:

  • Undertaking psychological assessment, formulation
  • Delivering brief interventions
  • Consultation with the wider MDT
  • Teaching and training within our local team, service and, local universities
  • Facilitating risk huddles with the wider MDT
  • You will be trained and supported to utilise quality improvement methodology to develop service provision. We have strong links with our Participation and Experience Lead and there will be opportunities to develop co produced workshops with Experts by Experience. You will be supported to consolidate clinical leaderships skills and begin to develop skills in strategic leadership.
