Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Operations Manager within ICCR. The post holder will work closely with the Associate Director within ICCR to ensure service performance and targets are met. The post holder will support the senior leadership team in the development and delivery of service strategy and ensure appropriate risk management processes are in place. The post holder will deliver efficient and effective business management support, supporting managers and staff to ensure that their work stream of activities are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery., Manage appropriate projects and proactively develop services in a complex, fast moving environment. The role will facilitate and support transformational change across ICCR which aim to raise standards of care for patients and provide sustainable services.

Effectively lead meetings and initiatives involving a broad range of complex activities including formulating developing and adjusting service and business plans.

Lead in the coordination of training and development and collation of recruitment activity across the team.

Assist in the management of the regular cycle of reporting to the team, Board and Executive Committee. Other duties as per job description.
