Band 7 Rotational Senior Radiographer

To assist in the provision of an efficient radiology service.

To work as part of a professional radiography team providing a high quality diagnostic service.

To maintain a sensitive and courteous approach to patients.

To develop and improve professional expertise via continuous professional development (CPD).

Key stakeholders

The postholder will work under the jurisdiction of the relevant modality/area lead or act as the lead with supervisory responsibility for the band 6 & 5 Radiographers plus any students in that area. They will be expected to liaise with the admin & clerical in addition to portering staff of the area concerned. They will also be expected to liaise with the relevant clinical, administrative and nursing staff for the services the area is covering.
