Full Job Description

The post holder will support the Head of Department and their team to ensure that their workstream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.
Manage the Team's business support function, including developing and managing the team's business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management., The post holder will be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice and expertise.
Supporting the Discharge liaison Officers Develop and implement data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data.
Present information and issues, explaining highly complex issues, to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
To liaise with other Managers to share best practice.
To manage and Maintain a Training programme for all Staff groups and Banding, both face to face as well as producing and updating online training.

Report to Deputy Head of Service any staffing issues
Develop and implement a content management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate, and the wider NHS organisation.
Take a lead in the coordination of training & development and recruitment activity across the Team.
Lead on training and development for all Bandings and Staff Groups cross the trust.
Oversight and management along with the Head of service, of all aspects of the Team budgets
