Band 7 - Senior Divisional (Surgery) and CPG Analyst, Corporate

The role involves managing and delivering high-quality analytics for the Surgery division, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of complex data, particularly theatre data. You will oversee the integration of CPG analytics into divisional reporting, supporting pathway analysis and decision-making. Collaboration with clinical, operational, and divisional stakeholders is key, providing data-driven insights to support improvements. You will ensure compliance with reporting standards, meeting audit requirements, and present complex data in clear formats to non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, you will identify trends and risks to support divisional strategies, while continuously enhancing the BI team's analytical tools and processes. You will also act as the primary contact for all analytics queries within the Surgery division and relevant CPG programs.
