Looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to developprofessionally? We are looking for a highly motivated, qualified professional to manage our Specialist Learning Disability Health and Autism Community Team in Swindon.

This vacancy is open to any NMC Registered Nurses or HCPC Registered Allied Health Professionals with an interest in learning disability and/or autism and experience in leadership or management.

You will be confident in your practice and able to lead and represent a multi-disciplinary Specialist Health Team. The team is unique - offering specialist learning disability health interventions and also autism diagnostic assessment. You will be part of a leadership team, working in partnership to ensure that our clients receive a high quality service.

The Team operates during office hours and is based in Swindon, a large town with a diverse population. We can offer flexible working hours (within our core business hours), including occasional remote working. Equipment is provided to enable remote working., This role focusses on the operational management of the service, ensuring that the commissioned responsibilities are met and that client care is at the centre of everything we do. You will provide clinical oversight for the team alongside the clinical leads. You will supervise the team, ensuring that clinicians are supported. You will, along with the Leadership Team, support and encourage service development.
