Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, inspirational leader, Band 8a CAMHS Clinical Service manager who is ready for a new challenge. The right candidate will put young people at the heart of the service, will possess good problem solving skills and have the ability to achieve results through collaboration with staff and young people. The Community CAMHS service is committed to continuous improvement and providing therapeutic interventions to children, young people and families, which are accessible, flexible and responsive.

The successful candidate will lead a stimulating and supportive multi-disciplinary child and adolescent mental health team, working with children, adolescents and their families with complex mental health needs and eating disorders.

The post is part of a comprehensive and specialist Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service within AWP with close links to the other locality Bristol and South Gloucestershire CAMHS teams. If you are flexible, innovative and passionate about making a difference to young people's mental health and being part of service transformation then please get in touch., To be responsible for the management of the delivery of community services within a defined local care pathway, which is geographically based. To manage and deliver community services within an integrated care pathway model, to an agreed set of aims and objectives which are defined, delivered and monitored through an integrated governance approach. To work in close collaboration with a range of partners services to ensure seamless delivery of care across the pathway of services.
