The post holder is professionally and managerially responsible for the provision and development of a professional and progressive pharmaceutical service in line with professional and government guidelines to the Wards at West Heat Hospital, with specific responsibility for West Heath Hospital Pharmacy Department and Service.

Due to staff retirement, we are looking for a caring and compassionate, lead pharmacist to work within our expanding pharmacy team for our in-patient services at West Heath Hospital.

West Heath is a community hospital offering general medical and sub-acute care as well as specialist rehabilitation services for inpatients.

If you are a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual & would like to play an integral part in growing the reputation of the pharmacy team, embedding medicines optimisation in our MDT's and contributing to service developments, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

As well as being able to demonstrate strong leadership and service development skills, you will also be able to exercise advanced clinical skills.
