Full Job Description

The Solar service consists of a number of teams which include: The Core team, Crisis/home treatment team, M-power service, Looked after children's team (Latch) Eating disorder team (Ted's) and an LD team. The Primary care aspect and the Mental health support teams (MHST) are within the SOLAR service and are delivered by our partners Barnardo's. The role of the SOLAR Hub Manager is to have oversight of these teams through the team managers/leads and with direct contact.
The Hub Manager will work closely with the service manager and the head of service to ensure that the standards of the service are maintained and new developments are integrated into the service. The Hub manager will also work along side our partners to meet local and national targets to ensure effective delivery to the CYP of Solihull.

The post holder will provide effective and efficient management of delegated
resources within a defined clinical area while ensuring care delivery meets and
addresses the issues of spirituality, equality diversity and rights in accordance with
good practice and legislation.
To lead in the management of all clinical risks in their designated area, including
serious and critical incident management, periodic review and analysis of service
development, service performance and service needs/overview.
