Full Job Description
Main duties of the job include:Managing major strategic programmes (clinical strategy, service repatriation, provider collaboration, etc.).
Appraising, generating, interpreting strategic insights and developing strategic options.
Building relationships and cooperating with clinical and non-clinical teams.
Supporting, coaching and managing colleagues in strategy and other teams working on complex programmes.
Day-to-day programme delivery.

The post holder will work as part of dynamic team supporting and influencing the decision-making process at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The role helps the Trust deliver its long-term ambitions through management of major strategic programmes, integrate the strategic vision and approach into established processes, lead strategic programmes while working with our teams and partner organisations, and make tangible progress towards an improved health and care service., With a new hospital planned for Watford and work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital, this is an exciting time to join us.
