Full Job Description

As a key professional leader, the Head of AHP will provide leadership and direction to all AHP staff to ensure the provision of high-quality patient focused services across the diverse range of the portfolios in our service areas. You will work closely with services to ensure all CQC and other regulatory standards are achieved. You will also support and guide on the professional development of theAHP and nurse workforce. You will play an important role within the multi professional Leadership team across all directorates to ensure that the voice of AHP's are truly represented in service developments and quality improvement.
