Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit Administration staff who will come and join our friendly support teams across various departments at #TeamIOWNHS.
This post can offer either full or part time hours.
You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients and staff receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards "great people, great place"., + To provide administrative and clerical support to the department allocated to work in.
+ Maintain an efficient monitoring and filing system
+ Ensure that clear messages are taken and passed to the relevant member of staff
+ Ensure that data is recorded accuratel, + Provide reception duties
+ Typing reports and letters
+ Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail
+ Give general clerical support to members of staff
+ This role is expected to be aware of and follow standard procedures and policies relevant to own area of work.
