Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Management Office. This post is for a Bank Administration Assistant where you will be called in to work as and when the business needs, there could be very busy or quieter times. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration support across the variety of departments within the Hospital. The role will involve following up on documents via email, phone calls, and in-person visits to the clinic if necessary. Responsibilities will include maintaining our Excel spreadsheets and ensuring doctors' credentialing is kept up to date.

  • Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, willing attitude
  • Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
