    Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital is looking for friendly, experienced Bank Administration Assistants to join our team on Main Reception. This is a bank post to cover additional shifts during colleagues' annual leave/sickness. We are looking for someone with reception/administration experience, who is hard working, committed, and thrives in a team environment. The main reception is open Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00 with this being a bank position you may be required to work at short notice so flexibility is essential. £12.08 per hour This post would suit highly motivated, organised, individuals, as they will undertake many roles including; greeting and booking in visitors, answering the telephone, cash handling, booking meeting rooms & Audiology appointments, typing (using MS Office software), franking and sorting post, data input and various other administrative duties. The applicants must be conversant with Microsoft packages and have good keyboard skills. The applicants should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues at all levels. They should be able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, be able to deal with difficult situations calmly and able to use their initiative. Experience of working in the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
