Full Job Description

Duties outlined below include but are not limited to:
+ Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner whilst recognising barriers to communication.
+ Respond to enquiries, and take appropriate action on behalf of the service, either by telephone, personal contact or correspondence, within agreed time limits.
+ Manage and maintain an efficient administrative system on behalf of others.
+ Draft general correspondence on behalf of own service.
+ Work without supervision and ensure urgent situations are addressed swiftly.
+ Ensure workload is managed and prioritised appropriately.
+ Responsible for the induction and supervision of Band 2 administrative staff and temporary workers.
+ Establish and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
+ Arrange and take minutes at internal meetings.
+ Input and manipulate data into computer databases, creating reports from electronic systems.

We are looking for experienced Administrators, to join NELFT bank, who are able to work flexibly on an 'as and when' basis.
We are looking for temporary staff with previous experience of working in a busy office environment, excellent organisation, communication and administration skills ideally with previous experience working in a Secretarial/Administrative role.
The successful candidate will need to be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and database systems, and a team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Please note that whilst hours are flexible on bank, admin shifts are usually required within office hours, Monday - Friday.
