East Surrey Hospital Physiotherapy Department is a friendly, forward-thinking and innovative department with a well-established Clinical Governance programme and a focus on developing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an evolving team, and to develop your clinical skills in a supportive, friendly environment. You will be involved in the supervision and training of more junior members of staff, as well as opportunities with students. Your own development will be supported by an excellent team of Team Leads, within the team and the wider department.,

• A physiotherapist who has completed their junior rotations and is ready to take on increased responsibility; or, a senior physiotherapist interested in specialising or in expanding their role
• A physiotherapist who has experience working within the acute setting, managing a wide range of medical patients including discharge planning and liaising with other agencies
• Flexibility in working practice within an evolving and expanding team
• A physiotherapist interested in developing their skills in supervision and leadership
