Bank Care Practitioner (Days and Nights). Burscough Manor Care Home, Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

Previous experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
