Bank Chef

Are you passionate about creating high-quality meals that bring joy and comfort to others? As a Bank Chef at Chamberlain Court, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious, appetising meals tailored to our residents' preferences and dietary requirements. In this flexible role, you will:

• Prepare and serve high-quality, fresh meals in line with residents' needs and Hallmark standards.
• Work alongside the kitchen team to create varied, nutritious menus.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
• Collaborate with care teams to understand residents' dietary preferences, allergies, and nutritional needs.
• Contribute to an exceptional dining experience that enhances the lives of our residents.
  
  Previous experience in a similar Chef or Cook role, ideally in a care, hospitality, or restaurant setting.
• A passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen awareness (Food Hygiene Level 2 desirable).
• A team player with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work across varying shifts on a bank/relief basis.
