Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bank Children Support Assistants with varying experience to join ourSpecialist Centre based in Tadworth, Surrey., Working within a Multidisciplinary Team you will provide a high quality of service to children/young people and their families, ensuring their care, education and therapy needs are met.

To apply for this role you must hold a relevant care qualification, either a Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 2 or 3 (Residential Childcare) or a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care to work within a Bank capacity for The Childrens Trust. The QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework)Level 3Diploma in Health and Social Care will also be considered.

Student nurses who have completed one year of study can apply for the role without holding the about qualifications., With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
