Full Job Description

The Trust requires clerical staff to join our bank to provide support to various departments around the hospital. Our 'bank' operates like an internal agency, booking temporary staff on a flexible basis., The bank clerical role covers many duties including filing, retrieving notes and preparing case notes quickly and accurately. The role could also include reception type duties as well as photocopying, data entry, typing and general office type duties.

Full training will be provided on our computer systems.

To undertake this role you should have a good basic education and accurate keyboard skills. A flexible approach is essential as you may be required to work in different departments across the hospital. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with a variety of people to include the general public and hospital staff.

All new staff will be subject to a probationary period covering their first six months in post. Travel between hospital sites may be required.

We are looking for people who are looking to work mainly full time hours between the hours of 8:00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday.
