Full Job Description
We are recruiting for a number of Bank Clinical Support Workers who share our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best Peopleand have the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff. The successful post holders will be expected to provide support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of care plans for individual patients. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience. We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients.Main duties of the job Undertake a range of delegated duties deliver to deliver agreed plans of care.Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first. To ensure patients receive high quality care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines. Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and well being of the individuals. To act as an advocate for patients within the ward / department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care. Provides support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of plans of care for individual patients. Assist with fluid and dietary needs of patients including completion of menu cards and recording intake and output of fluids and solids.
- PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE IN THE PREVIOUS 2 YEARS
