This is an exciting opportunity for Community Mental Health Nurses to support the Adult LMHTs and we have lots of opportunities across different specialities and services. Duties will include the case management of clients with complex mental health needs, utilising professional core skills, working with family and friends and running medication clinics. The role will include involvement in the development and promotion of the Local Mental Health Teams.
