Bank Community Nurse

Our Bank Community Nurses provide care to our patients and their families in the comfort of their own home, right across Nottingham City Centre. Bank Community Nurses work with a wide range of colleagues, patients and their families, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of areas and gain additional training as required.

The key elements to this role are providing support, information and advice to patients, their families and carers and other professional colleagues as appropriate. Maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive paper and electronic records of patient care delivered in accordance with any local, national and NMC guidance. Essential competencies required for the role are -

Syringe driver competencies.

Palliative care.

Wound assessments.
