Full Job Description
The role will be based within the Care Coordination Centre (CCC) at Priestley Wharf for a short term period. The role will involve triage of patients from the CCC and making decisions on the appropriate service they require. This will involve providing advice to the clinical teams based at the CCC by reviewing clinical records and if required, speaking to the patient and have clinical oversight of patients in the services.,

The Adult Community Service Division are looking to recruit experienced GPs to join the BCHC Trust Bank. Applicants will have a good knowledge of clinical services available across BSOL and a good understanding of the services that we offer e.g. Virtual Wards, Urgent Community Response (UCR), Early Intervention Community Teams etc.
BCHC provide high quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands. We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
