Full Job Description
- To undertake venepuncture from patients in their own homes. Visit patients in order of priority as listed; there will be a maximum of two fasting patients at the beginning of the list, and one urgent. The phlebotomist will be expected to see up to 10 patients per daily session.
- To undertake Blood pressure from patients in their own homes.
- To maintain Knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to deliver a quality service that are responsive to the needs of patients.
- To report any changes in condition of the patient to the Team Leader or in their absence the designated nurse in charge of the caseload
