Bank Healthcare Assistant

This is a temporary role as a Bank Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare's The Bridge facility in Middlesbrough. The role involves providing care and support for people with neurological conditions, utilizing your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a 24/7 service, with the flexibility to choose your own shifts., As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will join the team at The Bridge in Middlesbrough, which provides specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care. You will utilise your experience to support people with neurological conditions to lead a valued and fulfilled life. It can be a challenging environment, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. However, it is hugely rewarding to see people improve and be able to do something today that they couldn't do the week before, all thanks to your care and support.
