Full Job Description

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will delivering a high standard of care to our patients. We value all our people and will provide you support and a great place to work.,

  • Report to a qualified nurse, any changes in a patient's condition that may require nursing intervention.

  • Refer patients', relatives', and colleagues' queries to the Nursing Staff.

  • Accompany patients (including their friends and relatives) between Departments.

  • Assist patients with eating and drinking when required.

  • Assist in patient hygiene and elimination procedures.

  • Transport Clinical specimens / Prescription charts, as directed, to the relevant departments.

  • Enter requests on the computer as directed.

  • Provide direct basic technical assistance to medical staff as and when required.

  • Assist with observation and collection of specimens.

    NVQ Level 2 or Health and Social Care Level 3.

  • Healthcare Assistant experience in a Cardiac Unit, Medical Ward, Surgical or Post operative Unit.

  • Hospital experience required.

  • Fluent Arabic speaker.

  • Caring and compassionate individual.

  • Good communication skills, supportive and approachable.
