Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

The role of a radiology HCA is a challenging position with lots of opportunity for learning. Candidates must be able to think on their feet and work often under pressure. A can-do attitude is essential along with the ability to work well as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Shifts can vary but are all between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

They provide assistance with a range of diagnostic imaging procedures including ultrasound, CT and MRI whilst also supporting the administrative staff within the department. Radiology Assistants have to be interested in working with a wide range of people and must be driven by a desire to provide help in a caring and understanding manner.

We currently have an opportunity in Radiology for you to join our team. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting and/or an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential, and your personal skills, perhaps gained in a customer facing role, are equally important to us. You will also assist with administrative tasks, so a good level of IT literacy is necessary.
